I specialize in Historical Performance Practice, performing medieval, renaissance, baroque, and classical music on replicas of ancient instruments. In addition to baroque violin, I play vielle and rebec. My research interests focus on 17th century Italian violin repertoire. In 2011, I presented a lecture-recital on the 1669 sonatas of Giovanni Antonio Pandolfi, presented at Case Western Reserve University and as a Fringe Concert at the Boston Early Music Festival. I have recently co-founded a Charlottesville-based baroque ensemble, Three Notch'd Road, that will offer concerts in Charlottesville, Staunton, Washington, D.C. and Richmond in our third season (www.tnrbaroque.org). In addition, I am a member of a new medieval ensemble, Alkemie, which made its debut in May 2013. Visit our website HERE!
